Daboba is committed to making dabobaflorida.com usable for everyone, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and screen magnifiers.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. The website is substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: it meets the standard across the content and features we build and control. Some third-party content (see Limitations) may not fully conform.

What we've done

• Keyboard accessible — every menu item and control can be reached and operated with the keyboard (Tab to move, Enter/Space to open a photo, Esc to close).
• Screen-reader friendly — meaningful labels on interactive elements, descriptive alternative text on images, a "skip to content" link, a main landmark, and a logical heading structure.
• Readable contrast — text and background colors meet or exceed the AA contrast ratio (4.5:1 for normal text).
• Visible focus — a clear focus outline shows keyboard users where they are.
• Reduced motion — decorative animation is automatically disabled for visitors who set "reduce motion" in their device settings.
• Photos on demand — the menu is fully usable as text; product photos open in an accessible dialog when requested.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas may have limitations:

• Instagram feed — the live social feed is provided by a third-party widget whose accessibility we do not control. If it causes difficulty, the same content is available on our Instagram.
• Ordering — online ordering happens on Uber Eats and DoorDash, which are operated by those companies and governed by their own accessibility practices.
